How our new brand reflects our company more
The past few months have shown that you never know what direction change will come from. At Temkin Law we are so excited about some big changes happening.
First off, we’ve brought on a new partner, Jodie Gilbert who brings compassion and experience into our practice. Jodie will be taking over the day-to-day work at Temkin Law, which is being rebranded over the coming months as Watershed Estate Planning. Originally from Connecticut, Jodie spent time in Alaska, Ohio, and Palmyra Atoll before settling in here in Colorado. With a B.A. from Oberlin College and her law degree from the University of Colorado, she has been advising clients here on the Front Range and chasing her little boys around the area since 2012. Jodie brings compassion, kindness and expertise to all aspects of her estate planning practice.
Our founder, Wendi Temkin will remain with the firm as Of Counsel, available as circumstances permit to support and advise Jodie and assist on occasion
Rebranding and stepping out in new ways
With this new change, we decided it was time to bring a facelift to the company and we are rebranding as Watershed Estate Planning LLC to reflect our new perspective.
We chose the name Watershed Estate Planning because watersheds represent small streams and water sources coming together to form one larger, uplifting resource. This is the same approach we take when helping you put your estate planning together into one unified plan for your family. In estate planning we look to make one plan that supports what (and who) is important to us by gathering together all of these many streams of information, connections and assets.
What does this mean for our current clients?
If you are an existing client with us, your original planning fee that included a complimentary half-hour plan review session if and when you felt changes might need to be made down the line will still be honored moving forward. If, whether now or at some point in the future, you feel that it would be productive to meet to go over your plan and discuss possible changes, contact the office to schedule your plan review with her.
The office location and phone number will remain the same. Jodie and Jennifer can be reached through our contact us form at any time.
